B&M represented me for the sale of my apartment and Mr. Voigt took charge and with support from his team covered the entire transaction from listing to finalizing the sale and the handover of the apartment to the new owner end-to-end. There was an extensive consultation process, price finding discussions, well-planned marketing activities as well as reliable updates and alignments during the sales process. No other real estate agent (Makler) managed to generate as much interest and as many viewings as B&M. Access to Herrn Voigt and the team was excellent, and communications were responsive (within reason), typically within a few hours or the same day. A great choice for sellers or buyers.

Special praise goes to Mr. Voigt, of course, he accompanied us from the first viewing on the part of the real estate agent to the notary appointment, he took care of everything else, for example the financial part, he was always available, the transfer of the property and of course Mr. Voigt was also on site when the property was handed over.
