From the last two years, our medium-sized company in Bavaria had accumulated Corona aid loans and other bank liabilities. As a logistics company newly launched in Bavaria in 2020, we were unable to obtain traditional loan financing from our principal bank due to the financial history of one of our shareholders. Thanks to David Schirrmacher, we have nevertheless been able to sell and lease back significant portions of our fixed assets, as well as obtain an additional line of purchase credit from an alternative financier. As a family business, we converted our company into a corporation, which resulted in a number of changes. For this purpose, Mr. Schirrmacher created a data room, fully prepared business documents, introduced internal audits in the accounting department in line with the goods management and accounting software, and provided helpful advice on the capital structure. He also supported the audit of this year's balance sheet and acted as contact person for the associated audits. Mr. Schirrmacher's regular contact with tax consultants and the company's bank is a great help to us, allowing us to concentrate on our actual business.

As the manager of a medium-sized company in Baden-Württemberg, my aim was to succeed the company as owner. The owner family had already agreed to a sale.
