Even though things didn't always run smoothly with the bank and time was very tight, Mr. Schostag always reacted quickly, found solutions and managed everything professionally. In the end, we always met all the deadlines in the purchase process together.

I particularly appreciate his very good availability, his quick responses to queries and his high level of reliability. He also takes a lot of time to discuss various scenarios in a transparent and understandable way.

Mr. Schostag has been advising us since 2012, when we arranged the financing for our own home through him, and he also later calculated possible financing for capital investments for us. He is always extremely committed and takes a lot of time for his customers to find the best conditions for their personal situation. I was really satisfied with Mr. Schostag - even though we didn't end up financing together at all. He takes his time, is reliable (I've had very different experiences with others) and is usually easy to contact. My case wasn't easy, but he quickly came up with a suitable solution. I came to him myself on recommendation, have already recommended him to others and will definitely approach my follow-up financing with him again. It was simply uncomplicated and a good fit on a personal level.

Mr. Schostag is absolutely trustworthy and reliable. As I had not prepared myself sufficiently in advance for the topic of financing, I had a lot of questions. Mr. Schostag was able to answer all my questions from the FF without hesitation. My respect for that! He explained everything in detail and clearly. It was also particularly positive for me that Mr. Schostag did not exert any pressure to conclude a contract. On the contrary, he advises me to sleep on it for a few nights first and offers a new appointment for a further consultation if anything is still unclear.
