- For my personal needs, the course did not focus enough on the care of people with disabilities. The focus was almost exclusively on care for the elderly
- the e-learning was chaotic, I was given the wrong course, which I only found out a few days before the final exam, so I had to do everything again, which led to unnecessary stress
- the e-learning was comprehensive and very informative, but the questions/exams were far too easy, with little learning effect

I was mostly taught by Anita and she was a great instructor. There was always time for questions and individual questions were always dealt with very well. It was very important that everyone was able to follow and understand the content. I had a lot of fun learning the content and would recommend it to anyone.
