After years of not taking vacations, we once again booked two package tours for ourselves and our twins with Sewing Travel Agency. The needs analysis, subsequent consultation, and compilation of possible offers were simply great, quick, and exactly what we wanted. Ms. Sewing was friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. She researched the answers herself during the conversation and also gave us tips on how to plan the rest of our vacation and the hotel we had booked. She also shared her own experiences. We are completely satisfied, looking forward to our two trips, and are impressed by the competence, customer focus, and friendliness of the entire team. It's nice that such a positive example still exists today. Even when our twins rearranged the room, everyone remained relaxed and friendly. 🤣
