I received very personal and comprehensive advice on investment properties from Flo via meweto GmbH and finally decided to buy a property including suitable financing. Although I didn't take this step lightly at first and had a lot of worries, I now feel very comfortable with my decision.

I tend to be cautious by nature and had a lot of worries and concerns about whether such a big investment was really right for me. Even after Flo had calculated several times how high my own contribution and my tax savings would be and what monthly costs I would incur, I was still skeptical. To be on the safe side, I also involved my tax advisor and simulated a tax return - with the same results. I also called in my own financial advisor at the same time to check an independent comparison offer. However, they were also unable to offer me more attractive financing, which further confirmed my decision in favor of Flo. This finally gave me the certainty that the figures were solid and not "nicely calculated". We also discussed possible risks in detail. Even in worst-case scenarios such as job loss or prolonged loss of earnings, the risks were manageable, which really helped me to gain confidence.

What particularly sets Flo apart is his human nature. He is a warm and honest person with a lot of patience who never gives you the feeling that you are just a "business". Quite the opposite: it was always noticeable that he was genuinely interested in creating real added value for me. Even if I didn't understand things several times or was suspicious, he explained everything to me again calmly - without ever becoming impatient.

It was also a relief that he assisted me with all the formalities. From property selection and financing discussions to the notary appointment, he organized and prepared everything and even drafted emails for me, which I only had to send. As a result, I had very little effort and was able to relax throughout the entire process despite my uncertainty. I only invested a lot of time because I had individual points checked by third parties to make me feel even more secure - and even that was supported by Flo at all times. I was also cautious enough to go back and check the location and key data of the property myself so that I could form my own opinion as to whether it really was a good investment. Theoretically, of course, it was naïve to believe that I could form a better opinion than experts who deal with such issues on a daily basis - but Flo also respected this at all times and reassured me that I should feel completely safe in the end.

All in all, I can say that without Flo, I probably wouldn't have dared to take this step. With his support, the process was not only feasible, but also surprisingly relaxed. I've now bought my first investment property - something I couldn't have imagined for a long time. I want to take my time for the future, but I already know that if I take on another project, I will definitely work with Flo again.
