I had a very poor experience with Pettable and regret using their service. The company makes everything sound easy and supportive, but once I paid, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had no idea what was happening unless I followed up myself.

When I did reach out with questions, the responses felt generic and didn’t really address my concerns. It never felt like anyone was carefully reviewing my situation. For the price they charge, I expected much more attention, clarity, and professionalism.

Instead of peace of mind, this service caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pettable to others and would look elsewhere if I had to do it again.

Using Pettable ended up being more stressful than helpful. The process was confusing, timelines were unclear, and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Each delay added more anxiety, and there was very little reassurance from their team.

Pettable looks great on the surface, but once you sign up and pay, the support practically disappears. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt like I was receiving automated responses instead of real help.
